We are much given in our society to forming stereotypes and making assumptions – and one of them is that a young person starting out in life must first finish their education, get a diploma and only then start working. But the reality is that young people are naturally creative and full of energy and they are always looking for ways to express themselves. Andrea Zvono is a perfect example of defying the stereotype.
She is a young, and talented, a designer from Dubrovnik who is also a very hard worker. She has her own enterprise, Andrea Zvono Design, that celebrated its 2nd birthday just two weeks ago. She finds her inspiration above all, she says, in colour – and it is colour that illuminates her whole collection.
“Nowadays you don’t need to finish college or university to get a name in the design community. The only real keys to success in this field are passion, dedication and time”, says Andrea. You can see Andrea’s design in her stores in the Hotel Rixos and in the Hotel President.
